To PAUSE Membership: Complete this form or Email us at info@publicspeakingforteens.com to “PAUSE” membership. You may pause your account for a 1, 2, or 3 month period. A convenient way to pick up where your child left off.
When pausing a membership, 30-day advance notice before next billing date is required. All future charges associated with the 30-day billing cycle of your membership will be paused. Your pause for charges will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund; however your membership access and/or delivery and accompanying member benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing cycle. If we do not receive a written “PAUSE” notice, auto-billing will continue. (Please Note: Pricing is subject to change during a pause)
To Cancel Membership: Complete this form or Email us at info@publicspeakingforteens.com to cancel membership. When canceling a membership, 30-day advance notice before next billing is required. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle only if 30- day notification is received. If we do not receive a written cancellation notice, auto-billing will continue.
If cancelled less than 30 days before next billing payment, you are responsible for the payment. You will not receive a refund; however your membership access and/or delivery and accompanying member benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing cycle. We are under no obligation to issue the same or similar discounts in the future.
You will be charged for sessions from the date of registration (there will be no pro-rating for any missed sessions, past registration date, holidays, including future dates).
Without approval, Unused, Missed, or Cancelled Sessions do not carry over each month.
Early Membership Cancellation: Canceling membership prior to the end of the 90-day membership commitment will be subject to 40% of one monthly payment. The amount is based on your membership.:

Right to Refuse or Cancel Membership: We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or cancel the membership of any student and their attending family if we believe that the program is no longer a good fit for the student or if there are concerns regarding the student's behavior, participation, or adherence to program guidelines. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the program administrators and instructors. Read Policy Details Here
Price Change: We may change the price and/or provision of Services at any time and will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes. If you don't agree to the price and/ or service change, you must cancel and stop using the Services before the change takes effect. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, auto-billing will continue and service pricing will be adjusted.
Refund Policy: For Group Memberships: If within 24 hours from the time of registration you “ change your mind” You may receive a refund. (this does not include workshops, camps, specialty classes etc.) Under extreme circumstances (such as unforeseen closures without the possibility resuming sessions) There are No refunds for Private Coaching Packages or Summer Camps. You may use credit for future sessions within package guidelines
